We pride ourselves not only on our innovative work but on our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"core-block core-paragraph\">To bring this mission to life, in 2023, we launched a campaign to help reduce our carbon footprint worldwide. We planted 15 new trees for each new hire that joined PTC in the country in which they had been hired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"core-block core-paragraph\">This action was a symbol of our commitment to sustainability and a reminder of the positive difference we can all make in our communities. In 2023, PTC planted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"core-block core-list core-list--ul\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1,470<\/strong> trees in the U.S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>260<\/strong> trees in LATAM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>380<\/strong> trees in EMEA\/APAC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"core-block core-paragraph\">Starting in 2024, we embarked on a new project: to honor the arrival of new colleagues to PTC, we sponsored the installation of water pumps for a village in Malawi, Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"core-block core-paragraph\">This project, completed through the Water Works Charity, is reflective of our dedication to improving lives around the world. Clean water is a fundamental human need, and this contribution represents our collective effort to support sustainable development and create lasting change.
